Refund & Return Policy

At Seoul Style, we take pride in offering high-quality, made-to-order fashion apparel such as T-shirts, hoodies, and more. As all our products are custom-printed just for you, we follow a strict No Return / No Exchange policy.

🚫 No Returns / No Exchanges

All orders placed on https://velvty.com are final. We do not accept returns, replacements, or size exchanges for any of our print-on-demand products.
This is because:

  • Each product is individually printed after the order is confirmed
  • We do not stock inventory or resell returned items
  • Personalized/custom items are non-refundable

✅ Refunds (Only If Product Is Damaged or Incorrect)

Refunds are only applicable in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong product
  • Your product arrived damaged or with a printing error

Conditions for Refund:

  • You must email us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
  • Send your request to: official.seoulstyle@gmail.com

If your request is approved, we’ll process the refund via your original payment method (UPI, Razorpay, etc.) within 5–7 working days.

⚠️ Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The wrong size was selected during checkout
  • You changed your mind after placing the order
  • You provided an incorrect delivery address
  • The issue was reported after 48 hours of delivery

🧵 Size & Fit Disclaimer

Please refer to our detailed Size Chart before placing your order. Since our products are made to order, we cannot replace items due to size mismatches.

📦 Delivery Issues

If your order is marked as “delivered” by the courier but you haven’t received it, please contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts.
